Goro Murayama 村山悟郎


Goro Murayama was born in Tokyo in 1983 and graduated from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. After graduating from the Department of Fine Arts, he became a visiting researcher majoring in philosophy and studied cultural philosophy at the University of Vienna between 2015-2017. Murayama currently lives and works in Tokyo.

As seen in his representative series Woven Paintings, Murayama expresses the processes and patterns of self-organization through his drawings and paintings. In recent years, Murayama has extended his artistic endeavors by collaborating with scientists on AI pattern recognition and generation. These collaborations aim to deepen human understanding of and sensitivity towards artificial intelligence.


村山悟郎於1983年出生於東京,畢業於東京藝術大學,目前居住並在東京工作。

畢業後,他成為了一位主攻哲學的訪問學者,並於2015年至2017年在維也納大學學習文化哲學。

正如村山的代表作《編織畫》系列所示,他透過繪畫表達了自組織的過程和模式。近年來,村山透過與人工智慧模式識別和生成領域的科學家合作,拓展了他的藝術事業。這些合作旨在加深人類對人工智慧的理解和敏感度。
